Every Wednesday - Jan 6/10 - March 24/09 - Join our community and explore what HNY can be for you in our Beginner Yoga Series. Take the times to create the space to experience the support from the community while going within to discover hidden potential.
This Beginner Yoga Series is fun as you build new friendships and rediscover a sense of community. You will build your confidence and give you the skills to move forward with confidence in Hot Nude Yoga, or other yoga programs. Through excellent instruction and a supportive environment, you will gain the self-assurance needed to move into the other HNY classes offered.
We will explore all yoga postures you will encounter in Hot Nude Yoga, and most other yoga classes elsewhere (that are clothed.) More importantly, you will be able to take this home with you and further your yoga practice on your own.

Cost: $35 at the door for each session ($45 for the Saturday sessions)

- Yoga Mat - required - We sell mats for $20.
Join us in this Workshop Series for Beginners to Yoga as we will teach you to learn and embody all the yoga postures that you will encounter in our classes.
For those who have NOT been practicing for a while, this workshop will deepen your understanding of the postures and how to do them correctly. (Please see questions and answers below.)

Questions and Answers
question: I have attended about 10 Bikram sessions, 4 Jivamukti session and various Hatha sessions. Would this be a good workshop for me?
Answer: I think our beginner workshop would be very good for you. The truth is that you can never stop learning about the postures, and many students develop a lot of bad habits unless they are taught certain techniques very early on.
Question: What if I can only make it to one or two sessions. Will I be set back if I don't take the four or eight?
Answer: All the sessions will be designed to stand a lone. We will cover different postures each session and you will have ample opportunity to understand them in those sessions. But honestly, this is YOUR opportunity to get in on beginner sessions that HNY is offering. So why are you not making time for this? We stepped up to the plate for you.
Question: I have not taken yoga in a while. Should I come?
Answer: This program is designed for beginners to yoga and those who want to revisit the postures, and deepen their understanding of them. Essentially, the Beginners Series is awesome for students of all levels.
Question: Will I be ready for the classes once this workshop series is over.
Answer: You will be ready for the regular open level classes before the workshop is finished. It is highly suggested that you get into the regular classes as soon as you can. It will give you some ideas of what you want to focus on in the Beginner Workshop and bring questions to the teacher.
